• PAYMENT.  Your payment is due at time of your submission. All payments must clear within 24 hours of delivery.  We do not store your payment information.  It is transmitted over secure SSL encryption via a third party payment portal.

• CANCELLATION. Cancellation within 48 hrs or more of scheduled setup date will receive 50% refund of total service amount . Cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice, non refundable.

• RUSH ORDERS. We will do our best to accommodate rush and same day orders with the following conditions:
  •  Available inventory
  • Additional Rush fee may be applicable

Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed. Order will be refunded if location is unable to complete order

• INCLEMENT WEATHER. We will not be able to deliver your “Sign Party” greeting if there is lightning, hazardous or other inclement weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored.

• REFUNDS.  A refund WILL NOT be issued:
  • If a homeowner requests a greeting  to be removed.
  • For errors, omissions or mispellings that occur on order submission.

SIGN PARTY and all representatives are not responsible or liable for an injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during set up or take down of the yard greeting.

If you have a lawn service, please have them come before we set up or after we take down. Lawnmowers or string trimmers will damage the signs.

All signs are property of SIGN PARTY, you are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.

Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard greeting set up. Our signs will not support the weight of small children or adults leaning, sitting, or playing on them.

Please DO NOT attach balloons or anything else to the signs.

Please DO NOT throw away or vandalize the signs.

Please DO NOT move or remove our signs for any reason. If you need them taken down early please contact us and we will gladly come to pick them up.

SIGN PARTY respectfully reserves the right to decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.
